How CashPath is supported
CashPath provides an online entry point for consumers exploring personal loan options.
Rather than acting as the lender, CashPath may work with referral technology, networks, or participating providers involved in the next stage of a consumer's request.
CashPath may receive compensation when a visitor is connected with, or completes an action involving, a participating provider.
That commercial relationship helps support operation of the website.
What compensation can mean
Compensation can influence which provider opportunities are technically available to the referral service or presented through a particular flow.
For that reason, you should not interpret the CashPath experience as a ranking of every lender or financial product in the United States.
CashPath does not claim to search the entire lending market.
It does not claim that an opportunity is the lowest-cost, highest-rated, or best financial product available to you.
CashPath does not set provider terms
Advertising or referral compensation does not give CashPath control over a provider's credit decision.
A participating provider determines its own eligibility criteria, offered amount, APR, interest rate, fees, repayment schedule, and other terms.
CashPath is not a lender and cannot change those terms for you.
Not every provider or product is represented
There may be providers, financial institutions, credit unions, lenders, products, or alternatives that do not participate in the CashPath request flow.
An available response should therefore be considered one possible option, not proof that you have compared the entire market.
You may choose to research other providers or alternatives before making a decision.
Evaluate the actual offer
If a provider presents an offer, review its disclosures rather than relying on CashPath's relationship with the provider.
Important factors can include the APR, fees, repayment term, scheduled payment, total repayment, late-payment provisions, and provider identity.
Our Rates & Fees page explains these concepts in more detail.
Editorial and educational information
CashPath may publish general educational content about borrowing, APR, fees, repayment, privacy, or consumer-safety issues.
Commercial relationships should not change the basic requirement that this information be presented accurately and without inventing provider terms or guaranteed results.
Government or educational sources linked from CashPath are provided as references and do not imply government sponsorship or endorsement of CashPath.
No endorsement implied
The appearance of a third-party company, provider, network, technology service, or external resource does not necessarily mean that the third party endorses CashPath.
Likewise, CashPath's participation in a referral relationship does not mean CashPath endorses every term a provider may offer to an individual consumer.
